We came into the shelter that morning to meet another puppy, but it just wasn’t a good fit. Just as we were getting ready to leave without a new baby to love, a staff member suggested we meet with Piper who had just become available for adoption over the weekend. It was love at first lick! She took to both my daughters immediately, and she has grown so attached to the 3 of us! We love her more than we ever knew we could love a fur baby. Our hearts and home are so full! She has put on healthy weight and is absolutely thriving. She has come out of her shell and loves playing with the kids so much! She is unbelievably gentle with my toddler. I am forever changed by the love of this pup! and forever grateful to Northeast for completing our family!
